  •   Stir Fried Collard Greens 1 bunch Collard Greens (finely shredded)1 White Onion (thinly sliced)1 Garlic Cloves (minced)1 Roma Tomato ( diced) Sauté the onion for a couple of minutes or until softAdd Garlic and continue to sauté for another minuteAdd greens

  •   Aunt Barbara’s Hot Water Cornbread 2 cups Yellow Cornmeal1 tsp Sugar2 cups Holy Water* (*to make Holy Water you have to boil the “Hell” out of it!)1 tbsp All Purpose FlourSalt to tasteOil for frying Mix dry ingredients wellAdd Holy Water*
