Stir Fried Collard Greens

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Collard Greens finely shredded
  • 1 White Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Roma Tomato diced

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the onion for a couple of minutes or until soft
  • Add Garlic and continue to sauté for another minute
  • Add greens and sauté until all the greens are wilted
  • Add tomatoes and cook until greens and tomatoes are cooked. The greens should be a little crunchy, but not raw. This should take about 5-10 minutes.

Notes

This will go great with Aunt Barbara’s cornbread.
