Ingredients

bunch
Collard Greens
finely shredded

White Onion
thinly sliced

Garlic Cloves
minced

Roma Tomato
diced
Instructions
Sauté the onion for a couple of minutes or until soft
Add Garlic and continue to sauté for another minute
Add greens and sauté until all the greens are wilted
Add tomatoes and cook until greens and tomatoes are cooked. The greens should be a little crunchy, but not raw. This should take about 5-10 minutes.
Notes
This will go great with Aunt Barbara’s cornbread.
