Ingredients

Unsalted Butter

Large Eggs

Baking Soda

Sugar

tsp
Salt

tsp
Nutmeg

tsp
Vanilla Extract

All-Purpose Flour
Instructions
Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar together
Add eggs, one at a time and continue to cream until smooth
Mix all of the dry ingredients together and fold into the creamed mixture
Add the vanilla (Do not over mix)
Cover mixture with a damp cloth and refrigerate for 45 minutes
Heat oven to 325°
Place spoonfuls of mixture on cookie sheet
Bake for 8 minutes
Remove cookies from oven and let cool, then store in airtight container
